• Nu-Scope Buildings International (NBI), was born out of the need to assist existing clientele transition from a previous company and association, and continue with their projects. With much encouragement from those and many other clients, we decided to expand beyond the initial idea of problem-solving, to taking a larger step and expand immediately, providing a better solution to the market as a whole. Essentially, we are a small firm with big muscles and far-reaching contacts in the industry.
• At NBI, utilizing our vast industry experience and strategic alliances, with the founder alone having personally been involved with well over 1,500 PEMB structures with an old-school hands-on approach over nearly two decades; we have devised the most efficient turnaround time in steel building design, pricing, and delivery process available in the industry today.
• This process enables us to offer a 7-10 business day, State-engineer sealed and certified Approval & Permit Drawing packages on non-complex building projects. In more hectic markets, this timeline can naturally be affected.
• NBI's ability to secure steel from 38+ strategically located manufacturing facilities across the US, provides you with unmatched freight savings, giving a new meaning to the term "Local". Upon receipt of the signed drawing approvals from you, NBI can then release the building into production and typically deliver it within 6-8 weeks on most projects, and during ordinary market cycles. Complex designs will require additional engineering and fabrication time on a case-by-case basis.
• All NBI-supplied buildings are sourced, engineered, and manufactured in US-Based IAS certified plants, with the most current and up-to-date industry certifications.
